You will also find writing about the way running has contributed to other positive changes in my life. Everything is connected. When I am running regularly it makes making responsible financial choices, keeping up my apartment, and managing my career trajectory, so much easier.
You will find here that I repeat the mantra that everything is connected in many of my posts. You will also find the mantra I favor most, “Running is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate.”
