Today was supposed to be a rest day for me but I ran anyway. As important as rest days are sometimes you just gotta run. I did not get out as early as would be advisable on a hot summer day but I felt good about my run and didn’t even mind how gross and sweaty I was. Running has made me adore cold showers.
For the rest of this beautiful Saturday, I am continuing to throw more and more away. If you have a junk drawer, don’t sort through it. Just dump the contents into the trash. You do not need that stuff and even if you did, you know you have no idea what is in there and you will be buying a new whatever it is anyway. Why do I have three sets of needle nose pliers and four hammers? Oh… that’s why…
I’ve decided the routine that works best for me is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday for running. Sunday is a rest day and Tuesday and Thursday for weight training.
As always, below is some more information about St. Jude’s and the impact your donations make. Please donate to this wonderful cause here!
